Jenny loves being a part of a team that really do treat their clients as individuals – each client is catered to and cared for as if they were a part of the family.

She believes that building rapport with clients is important in understanding their personality and their needs and will go over and above to help. She believes that the first call of the day is as important as the last. Her calm and friendly persona often means she can build rapport easily and make any guests and clients feel at ease as soon as they walk in the door.

Jenny makes herself available to clients whether it's over the phone or if they walk into the office unannounced, she will never make you feel like you're being rushed out the door.

She believes clear communication is important and getting back to every client and email is of utmost priority. You will often find her working late to ensure things have been completed to a high standard.

Being a part of the Client Care Team allows Jenny to cater to and be there for each of the clients and assist the advisers in their day to day requirements. The Client Care Team love being apart of client functions and getting to know their clients outside of the work environment.
